Vevey · 10 min from the station
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and sound baths in a small studio above Léman Lake. You don't need to be flexible to start — only to show up.
Morning, midday and evening classes
Our approach
Yoga is a way of life that holds body, breath and philosophy together. We stay close to the tradition it came from — the postures matter, and so does the thinking behind them.
Our studio sits ten minutes' walk from Vevey station, with the lake and the mountains in view. Weekly classes cover Hatha, Vinyasa, Hatha Flow and Yin. Around them we run workshops, Indian yoga brunches and cooking classes, so the practice extends past the mat and into a table shared with other people.
For anyone who wants to go further, we host retreats in Switzerland and in India, and 50-hour and 100-hour Hatha Yoga trainings.
Why people stay
Small groups, honest prices,
and teachers who still study.

Minutes from Vevey's centre, with Léman Lake and the Alps through the windows. Wooden panels, warm light, no mirrors.
Yoga brunches, women's circles, immersion days, cultural evenings and Indian celebrations. Several of them are free.
Both teachers train in India regularly and are enrolled in academic yoga studies. What they learn lands in the next class.
Whatever your age, background or experience, this is a place to practise, talk, eat together and be recognised when you walk back in.
Beyond the weekly class
Dates open a few weeks ahead —
most fill quickly.
A slow morning practice followed by homemade Indian food, cooked in the studio kitchen and eaten around one long table.
Several days of practice, silence and shared meals — in the Alps, or at the source in India.
Eight hours to step past the weekly hour: asana, breath, philosophy and the history behind the practice.
Learn the dishes served at the brunches — spice by spice, from someone who grew up cooking them.

Who teaches
Founded by Viresh and Ivan —
India and Switzerland, in the same room.
Born and raised in Karnataka, Viresh carries a direct line to the culture yoga grew out of. He is working towards a Master's degree and a PhD in yoga, and his classes hold traditional teaching next to a modern reading of movement — strength, mobility, awareness, balance.
Alongside teaching, Ivan reads South Asian Studies at the University of Lausanne, specialising in Sanskrit, Indian history and Hinduism. That work lets him treat yoga as history and philosophy as much as posture. He is also the one who answers questions about the studio before your first visit.
